TeO2

Tellurium Oxide crystal is an ideal material for making acousto-optic deflector, modulator and tunable filter, etc. Large crystal grown alog the (110) direction is available and has been highly demanded by various end users in the States. Different sizes available upon request.

LiNbO3

LiNbO3 is a well-known crystal and characterized by good optical homogeneity and piezoelectric effect. Materials for both acoustic and optical qualities at different sizes and orientations are available.

Orientation: z cut, y cut 36°, x cut 41°, yz cut 128°

PbMoO4

Lead Molybdate crystal is one of the most effecient materials used for acousto-optic devices. Large volumn production has been reached and is ready to offer.
Transmission: 70% (6328Å)

Bismuth Germanate (Bi4Ge3O12)

Bismuth Germanate is a novel scintillation crystal. It has a good stopping power and is mechanically and chemically durable. Its main uses are: detectors for computerized tomography, positron emission computed tomography and other nuclear radiation measuring instruments, etc.
Relative scintillation output (VS NaI[TL]): 12-14%
Transmission: 75%
Homogeneity: 2%

BaNaNb5O15 (BNN)
Frequency-doubling Elements

BNN crystal is an electro-optic crystal which is transparent at wave length of 0.4-5µm. This crystal is useful for high efficiency frequency doubling element at visible to infrared wave length range.
Phase Matching Temperature: 60-90°C at 1.06µm
Typical SH Output at 0.53µm: > 1.0 Watt
Conversion Efficiency: 30%
Size: 4-6mm edge length

Pentaerythritol (C5H12O4,PET)
PET has been used as x-ray analyzing crystal in electron microprobe, scanning electron microscope and x-ray fluorescence analyzer, etc. for characteristic xrays with [lamda][kappa][alpha]=0.762-8.34Å emitted by elements 14Si-25Mn.
Interplanar spacing: 2d (002) = 8.73Å
Dimension: All sizes to meet any bent-crystal or flat-crystal monochromater available upon request.

Ammonium Dihydrogen Phosphate (NH4H2PO4, ADP)
ADP is a solution grown crystal with an extinction coefficient which exceeds 10,000 to 1. It is used for electro-optic modulator, Q switch or X-ray analysing devices, etc.
Interplanar spacing: 2d (101) = 10.64Å
Dimensions: 50x50x80 mm3 70x70x70 mm3 60x60x80 mm3 80x80x80 mm3

Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate (KH2PO4, KDP)
KDP has an extinction coefficient which is much larger than 10,000 to 1. It is used for modulator, frequency doubler for visible light etc.

[alpha]-LiIO3
Lithium Iodate is useful for its piezoelectric, frequency doubling properties. Its optical transmission range between 0.5-5µm and canbe used for frequency doubler in 1.06 & 0.53µm. It may also be used in ultrasonic transducer in the frequency 2.5 or 5MHz.

Indium Phosphide Crystal (InP)
InP crystals, which we carry, have characteristics such as low thermal stress, large diameter, low residual impurities, and controlled crystal defects.

Urea (CH4N2O) Crystal
Urea is a nonlinear optical crystal used as SHG and sum frequency mixing for laser.
Transmitted spectrums: 0.2-1.4 µm
SHG conversion efficiency: 5 times of ADP
Damage threshold: 5 MW/cm2 (1.06µm)
Dimensions: 10x10x20 mm3 15x20x30 mm3

LiTaO3
LiTaO3 is a ferroelectric, piezoelectric, and pyroelectric crystal, and has been used in infrared detectors and SAW filters.

Bi12SiO20
Bi12SiO20 crystals have both Pockels effect and photoconductive effect, which make them attractive for dynamic holography, phase conjugation, and electrooptic applications.
